We've been here several times. The staff is friendly. My kids love it. We always get samples. And the production is a show. We've shown up in pajamas and everyone loves it! Great place !

This is my absolute favorite KK location! Always fresh. And most important- they have our favorites every time 😃. Glazed and Chocolate Glazed. San Diego Carmel Mountain never have these. You practically have to Force them to make a batch!

They are always so nice. Serve you a free glazed donut, whether the "Doughnuts Hot Now" sign is on or not. There is a Dunkin Donuts on El Toro now & � � �. Bob told me that donuts are not made at the location you go to. That I believe. Plus the Customer Service is minor poor. Still love & miss Winchell's on Bellflower in Bellflower, CA.

Love Krispie Kreme and the place was clean with lots of selection to choose from. All the donuts were fresh and Delish, can't wait to go back.

I love these doughies. Great service from everyone I've ever interacted with and its always clean. I'm a total doughnut addict but have never gotten the look of shame when I order a dozen by myself. Love Krispy Kreme Mission Viejo!

Great facility. Very clean, nice area for kids to see how doughnuts are made when the “hot donuts now” sign is on. Fun free hats for kids.

Excellent service whenever my family and I have gone. Talk like a pirate day was a success my two boys loved it. Dressing up like a pirate and getting free donuts was fun. Seeing all the families participate was great to see. Best glazed donuts ever!

Don't get to eat Krispy Kreme to often so when I day this place while driving back to San Diego, I had to stop! Great friendly service! Donuts were fresh even though it was pretty late when I stopped in.

This place sucks, can't buy the ten mini donuts cause they only come in boxes of twenty, I can't get my receipt, and one person said the wait for the donuts was 5 minutes and I've now been waiting 20 minutes.

Showed up at the opening time of 5:30am on a Saturday. Was told I need to wait 30 minutes for the glazed donuts to be ready.

My wife & I were more than excited to come in and enjoy this amazing valentines day offer they have going. You buy a $10 gift card and then get some donuts free with that purchase. We pull into drive thru on 2/14/18 at 9pm and had the worst customer service we have had in a long time l. Telling us that there is no deal (when online it said this location was apart of it) and when we asked to double check he reassured us in a tone no one wishes to hear. I work in the area and love this company but will not be going back there

My hubby and 4 of my kids went to get donuts for #talklikeapirateday and they were turned away by the unit manager, 30 minutes before they were supposed to close. When my husband asked him to explain to our kids why they couldn't go in, all he said was "sorry", and closed the door. If you can't handle an event, don't advertise or participate. Totally unprofessional and total lack of customer service. #ridiculous

I was starting my very long commute to work in Burbank and stopped by around 6:15a on Monday, April 23rd specifically for the new promotion that was advertised for lemon glazed donuts. And when I arrived they said they didn’t have any donut, I had to ask when will they be ready... the kid said 9:30am!!! Aren’t most people at work by that time? I had been looking forward to those lemon glazed donuts since they first advertised it and don’t feel like going back since the only time I would be able to go there is in the early morning! Very disappointed and so were many people in the office because they were also looking forward to those donuts!
