Wonderful Friday afternoon at La Cosecha. Reminded me of drinking at a bar in Tulum. Phenomenal margaritas with a flavored salt rim. I never wanted to leave.

What a GREAT place!

They had a band, Maya, playing Latin music on the patio & the place was hopping. It was a great addition to the already fantastic atmosphere.

We made it in time for their Sunday brunch menu (ends at 3pm) while sitting at the bar. Even though the bar was busy, service was excellent.

We ordered the huevos rancheros & chilaquiles. WOW! What fantastic flavors. Authentic isn't even a fitting description because these dishes were that but so much better.

I had a bloody mary that was above average but they were mixing up some interesting cocktails I'll be sure to try in the near future. They have a pretty good selection of beers on tap.

I'll definitely be back to try some of the other meals I saw on the menu.

Went here on a Friday night with my wife and kid, the ambience was perfect for the family. Not overly crowded, service was good, live musician was cool, and the food was excellent at a reasonable price. Definitely will be coming back

The food was great and the service was spectacular. This restaurant is a little hard to find and we only went there because of Dine Downtown. I will always appreciate this process.

La Cosecha is conveniently located; and the food and service are awesome. The staff does a great job of making you feel like family. Its a cozy spot to chill for lunch, happy hour or dinner. There is live music on the weekends and at their monthly Harvest Social Club events. Definitely recommend La Cosecha when in downtown Sac.

I love it! I know people worry about the homeless in the park but it doesn't bother me. Food, staff, ambience was great!! I love how they building a "Zocalo" environment!

Great to see my cousin Tam and Susan Sugayan playing outside of the Bay Area. They brought the cool weather and the hot sounds of Sacred Fire the Santana tribute band. Lots of security and the homeless were entertaining bunch!

Good food and good service... Usually very busy but we've had great experiences every time we've dine there. We recommend this place and plan to be returning in the near future for more yummy food.

Despite the parking problems and the bad park appearance, we decide to venture and go to eat at La Cosecha, food was really good, but ambience and service was awesome!!

I give 10 to waiters and waitresses! Outside patio service, music, bar and fire-pit.

Muy recomendable, la música, el servicio, ambiente y por supuesto la comida ! Me encanto

Saw an advertisement on Facebook that Maya was playing there. Never been there before nor ever heard Maya. Didn't't know what to expect. My first impression was there didn't seem to be enough outdoor seating for the amount of people I would expect. Our group of seven was fortunate enough to get a table outside because a group left. Service was ok. Seemed like some of the staff was a little inexperienced. We were given a complimentary fries dish. That was nice. We also had a mix-up on charge cards. Me and friend were billed for each otheres meals. It was easily fixed. Staff was very nice, accommodating. We ordered the chicken, and carnitas tacos. Sorry, but they were about the most disappointing tacos i have ever had. They were not sabrosos. However, my wife like them. Very nice ambiance outside. The service was good. The band was really good. On the negative mostly seemed short on outside seating for when a band is playing.

First timer with my girlfriends, the food was delicious, customer service was excellent. Maya performed and was not disappointing. The ambiance was relaxed, fun and the music took us back through memory lane. Looking forward to going again only reason I gave it a 4 * was because the sitting area near the dance floor is limited and in the only area in the direction of the band.

I had been very excited to try out La Cosecha because I love Mayahuel and was sadly disappointed. Like others have commented below, there was no one at the door available to greet us when we arrived. We made our way to open seating in the bar. Even though we were sitting directly in front of the bartender, it still took him at least 5 minutes to acknowledge us. The service continued to be poor for the remainder of our visit. The cocktail menu left alot to be desired. I was hoping that there would be a larger variety of cocktail drinks on the menu. It is unfortunate that the poor service and the bar menu left a bad taste in my mouth. I will attribute it to the restaurant still being in the initial phases. The location is great, the music was fun, and food was descent. I recommend a sign that states "come in and make yourself comfortable" " or seat yourself" and maybe having a stack of menus available to grab as well. I would also recommend some hospitality classes for your staff. The owner was seen working very hard as it was a very busy night and because I know that they are in their initial phases, I will definitely give it another try maybe in a year hoping that the growing pains will be part of the past.
