We're proud to introduce a new item for our Get Fit and Healthy Menu: The Chef's Fit Bowl. A delicious medley of grilled chicken, broccoli, green beans, Brussel Sprouts, zucchini and mushrooms. We also have avocado and grilled fish as options. Everything is grilled in olive oil and is a fantastic way to get your daily greens! (Currently only available at our McHenry Village location).

Went to La Parilla the 1st time this week at a birthday party ( there was 10 of us ) We did have to wait about 40 min. because the restaurant was packed & it was a Wednesday night. I was hoping that this was an indication of amazing food & they didn't let me down. Best Mexican food I've ever had & service was fantastic. My new favorite restaurant!

This place has amazing food and excellent service. We only sit at the bar. The other people also dining at the bar are of like minds. Met nice folks. We have been there when they had a very good, full Mariachi band.

Our first time there...service was great and the food was even better. They serve my husbands favorite tequila Centenario. Hard to find at a restaurant. Definitely will go back!

Nice and beautiful place to eat...it's like being at home!! Nice staff, Very polite...and very curtious...always clean!! Excellent food and the bar has your favorite mixed drinks!!!

Mine and Bill's favorite Mexican Restaurant!!! I love their shrimp quesadillas, breaded shrimp, bacon wrapped shrimp and Martha's wraps!

Bill pretty much likes everything, but loves the garlic shrimp! Good margaritas too! Service is amazing when we get the waitress Susie in Riverbank!!!! Nice staff!

The service was excellent the food was good it probably would have been better if it was fresh my chicken enchiladas were cold on the inside like they came out of the refrigerator and the tortias were had around the edges they were a few days old they were not freshly made

Establishment is undoubtedly very nice, love the location. I went in last night and after a long wait we received our orders, the plate I was given wasn't the plate so ordered which was very stressful for me due that I donot eat meat and haven't in 23yrs. I had a few bites when I noticed it wasn't the shrimp enchiladas that I had ordered so I expected I'd be having a horrible night of stomach pains and everything that comes with it. Alex the manager came to our table to apologize and did offer to correct it and get me the right order, after waiting very long for our 1st order I thankfully declined so my boyfriend decided to not eat his dish either. What did stand out was Alex's excellent customer service. This young manager was not only very emphatic but took time to talk with us for 15 minutes out of his busy schedule being a very busy evening. Because of this young man we will be a returning customers. They say first impressions mean everything... this was our first time there and won't be our last. Thank you Alex and to his mother also for raising a wonderful young man!

The food is good. The atmosphere and staff is nice. Way overpriced for a order of shrimp fajitas, too only get 3 shrimp and a ton of bell pepper and waited forever for water, chips, salsa and order to be taken.

I felt the beef taco's I had (ala cart) were good but fell apart, it would better if the shell was hard not soft as it came. the service was good & staff professional & friendly/. Also I would have preferred the beef to be stredded.

Was there for a wedding reception � which was terrific. The service was definitely lacking. Unfortunately waiters/waitress had no clue who had what to eat, I never received my second drink I ordered nor water and the food was cold. At end of meal they didn't know what receipt to give what person for drinks so waiter stood in middle of area saying what was on each ticket. I would highly suggest putting a curtain or something to close off back area to banquet so as not to see mops/ladder and such. It was my first time there and had heard good reviews so I was sadly disappointed. �

The manager was very nice but the server that was taking care of our table was horrible. Food was average. Definitely wont be going back. Too many other mexican restaurants that can handle good sevice and serve great food to ever go back to this place.

After a mixed up reservation we waited 45 min for our large party! Food was ok portion was very small for the price, they also messed up our parties tags, wasn't very impressed

Worst service! I wasn’t satisfied with my plate, when I asked if I can exchange it, they had the manager come over just to tell me I couldn’t. A discount wasn’t offered (mind you I only had one bite) and when finally I asked again and they only applied $1.28 off my plate that was $15. Never going back.
