The coffee at Lavazza Espression was a revelation! I couldn't get enough of their specialty brews, and the Santana Row location's laid-back, artsy vibe added to the overall experience. I'll be coming back for sure.

Lavazza Espression needs a makeover. The furniture looks worn out, and the espresso shots were disappointingly bitter. It's in desperate need of some improvements.
