We had dinner last night the place was full of Friday night fun, great food, live music and great service. I bought a lemon bar on my way out. Oh my, my, my was it so mounth watering delicious. I am seriously telling everyone it is the best lemon bar I have ever tasted. It was perfectly tart, the delicious crust was perfect, ratio of crust to lemon filling absolutely complementary to each other. The portion was very large and my poor husband only got one bite so I will have to come back and get another delectable lemon bar for him!!!! Many compliments to the pastry chef of the Lido Cafe!!!!!!

This place is seriously amazing! I'm not one to step outside the box when it comes to ordering something new but every time I go in I try something else! An it hasn't let me down at all!!! Love this place!!!!!

This cafe is the perfect place to go after a long walk at the river! The food is terrific, the service is great and they even have an outside area for your dog, complete with a doggie menu. Try the chicken fried steak and eggs , it's the best I've found!

The staff that work here are incredibly easy to deal with. The are not afraid to actually have a conversation with you.

The food has always been delicious and I would not hesitate to bring family here.

The service is exceptional. Not only was the food delicious, but they even have meals for dogs and a biscuit bone served on a frisbee for the pup to keep! I highly recommend dining here with or without a dog.

The Lido Cafe is the very best place in all of Sacrament to eat. They have the best staff and customer service. The food is top knotch. Thanks Shawna for the Chocolate pie, noone makes it like you. This place is like going home to grammas for something great to eat.

That was my first time there but it was for a memorial service but the food was great and since that was my friends special place to go I will be back again.

Once again, did not disappoint for our Valentine's dinner! We visit often & really have never been disappointed with the service or the food. We love that they cater to dogs with a doggie menu & offer of a water bowl if needed. Our pups have been very satisfied with their chicken plate!

Loved the good food. They are very friendly to vegans and go out of their way to get the order just right. They often have live music which is a real treat.

I went yesterday because my friend raves about this place. I had the eggs Benedict and my son had the chicken and waffles. They were both delish!! The service was prompt, efficient and friendly. Even though it was busy the staff didn't act overwhelmed. The coffee was good and we got a cinnamon roll to go and that was better than Cinnabon. We will definitely be back!!

I have loved this place since I could remember. Food is great and service is even better. Love the Bloody Mary's. This is by far my favorite place to go.

I have been here several times for Sunday lunch with my daughters. The food is great. The staff is very friendly and competent. They do their best to seat you quickly if it's crowded. I will keep returning. Oh, and my dog liked the pet menu. His favorite is the grilled chicken.

I can't say enough good things about this place. The food is mind-blowingly amazing, the staff is helpful and friendly. The people that work there love their jobs which says a lot for the management/owners. I have long searched for perfection in restaurant apple pie, but this place has far exceeded my expectations. The apple pie is to DIE for!



I look forward to going back to try breakfast.

Every time I go to Lido Cafe I receive great service and delicious food. Highly recommended. Intimate setting and a great place to have breakfast too!

Always a good place--great good, service and locals love it. An older crowd but not exclusively so--we love it for lunch or dinner!

A friend told me this place was dog friendly & so I had to try it with my dog Bandit. I truly was not disappointed & have since taken about 5 of my doggie friends there as well. All of whom loved it. Went there just recently & sat inside by myself. The hostess/owner made me feel special telling me she saves their 2 seater booths for people like me. A very nice touch. She definitely is a people person

My husband and I have been here four times for lunch and decided to try dinner. Truly not a dinner spot. My husband ordered Prime Rib and it was beyond tough but charge $23. When we got there my husband spotted a piece of cheesecake in the case.

When the waiter asked us about dessert, he said no more cheesecake left. When we left, there was the same piece of cheesecake there.

I like their soups....
