I had a less than stellar experience at Lotus Café. The coffee at 765 S Coast Highway 101, Encinitas, California 92024 was too bitter for my taste. I was hoping for a well-balanced coffee, but unfortunately, it leaned too heavily on the bitter side for my palate.
