I hit up Lotus Café in 765 S Coast Highway 101, Encinitas, California 92024 and tried their caramel latte. It was sweet like a summer romance, and the barista was like a coffee wizard. The only downside? The seats were as hard as my ex's heart. Bring a cushion if you plan to stay a while!
