Lucas Bakery at 4059 Gage Ave, Bell, California 90201 is a true hidden gem. The baristas are not only skilled but also genuinely passionate about coffee. I was blown away by their Chemex pour-over, which brought out the intricate flavors of the beans. The attention to detail in every step of the coffee-making process is impressive.
