Food is great. Never ate cajun food until they moved to the east county. People are congenial, very friendly. Fair pricing. Highly recommend it.

Some of best Cajun food I've had to date. I ordered the shrimp po'boy. The sandwich was well cooked and was so flavorful. The service is also top of the line, the older lady was so sweet and thoughtful. I'd recommend anyone who is a fan of Cajun food to give this place an try. You won't regret it!

Best jambalaya in America. Used to live in San Diego and ate there frequently. Been away 14 yrs, and was thrilled to see they are still in business, so got some jambalaya to take back to Vegas with me!

Mardi Gras Cafe & Marketplace at 2533 Folex Way, Spring Valley, CA 91978, USA is a coffee lover's paradise. From the moment I stepped inside, the intoxicating aroma of freshly roasted coffee beans enveloped me. It was a sensory delight that set the stage for what turned out to be an exceptional coffee experience. I opted for their house blend, and I was blown away by the depth of flavor. The coffee had a perfect balance of brightness and richness, and it left a lingering, pleasant aftertaste. It was evident that the beans were sourced with care, and the barista's skill in brewing them was undeniable. The ambiance at Mardi Gras Cafe & Marketplace was equally impressive. The café was bathed in soft, natural light, making it an ideal spot for a leisurely morning coffee or a quiet afternoon of work. The minimalist décor and comfortable seating added to the overall charm. What truly stood out, though, was the friendly and attentive staff. The baristas were not only skilled in their craft but also passionate about coffee. They were more than happy to chat about the different brewing methods, offer recommendations, and even share anecdotes about the origins of the coffee beans. Mardi Gras Cafe & Marketplace is more than just a coffee shop; it's an experience. Whether you're a coffee connoisseur or simply in search of a cozy, welcoming spot to enjoy a cup of joe, this place has you covered. It has earned a permanent spot on my list of favorite coffee spots, and I can't wait to return.

I had high expectations for Mardi Gras Cafe & Marketplace, but I left disappointed. The cappuccino was watery, and the pastries were stale. It's a shame because the ambiance had so much potential.

The cappuccino was a work of art, with frothy milk and a perfectly balanced espresso shot. The barista even added a cute heart design on top. It was almost too pretty to drink.
