We came to visit family for Thanksgiving and stopped to pick up coffee cakes for breakfast on Thanksgiving morning. Oh my goodness what a treat. All 3 were so amazing. I picked up a few cupcakes while I was there. Wow. So good! We will always stop when we come into town and will recommend Mazzetti's Bakery to all our friends.

We always order our cakes from Mazzetti's for special occasions. We've done this for many a years, plus pastries. They're always delishes. Yea for 39 years now. They made a beautiful wedding cake for my mom when she remarried. I'm so glad to see a good family buisness still around.

Their crack cake aka Derby cake is so good!!!!! Yesterday I also had a red velvet cupcake which was perfect. The staff helped us put a full sheet cake and cupcakes in the car. 45 minutes later traveling in a

100 degree weather and cake/cupcakes arrived in perfect condition! Today however I am 10 lbs heavier

The best selection of fresh baked goods I've ever seen. There's homemade bread, cupcakes, cannolis, and donuts. I will definitely go back again and again

I have been going there for 30 years,I now live in Rocklin and when I come back to the area I stop by and get a hunny bran muffin . You can't find them any where else.Also the owners are wonderful.(I was one of the girls Pre School Teachers).

I got my wedding cake here in 2012 ❤️ Your not living unless you have had their focaccia! Do yourself a favor a grab a bear claw also! I live in Nevada now, and anytime I visit home I have to stop here! Best bakery ever!

I drive all the way to Pacifica JUST for the cupcakes! I swear I dream about them. But pleeeease...tell me when are you going to make anymore of your chocolate & peanut butter cupcakes. I sorely miss them!

I came from Virginia for my nephews wedding to their daughter. My mom was celebrating her 80th birthday at the same time and we ordered a cake to celebrate. The cake looked so good, I got another cake and donut for my granddaughter. Needless to say the donut didn’t make it home, granddaughter wouldn’t share her cake and there was no cake left from my mom celebration! Best cakes ever. I wish they were in VA.

3rd generation family owned business. Best focaccia and cannoli's in the bay area! Fresh baked goodness can be found in your morning pastries, custom cakes, pies cookies and biscotti! Best of all you'll find them open until 7pm, not your typical bakery!

This is a piece of heaven right here on earth. EVERYTHING is spectacular ....

Only bad thing is the wait, two people on the counter is not enough when one is taking cake and pie orders that leaves only one to deal with 6-10 people in line.

Here's the situation. The young woman who took my order was not as polite as she could have been. Very snippy and truly made my feel as if she was doing me a personal freaken favor by answering the phone.

Example: I asked when they open and she snapped "Early" those kind of snippy remarks and lots of sighing.

I was prepared, I checked out their website and I knew exactly what cake I wanted. She didn't bother to make a note of it, so when my friend went to pick it up she has to stand around and wait for them to decorate it.

But, here is the important part of the review..... The cake was beautiful and it was SO delicious. Everyone at the party made a point to tell me that they loved the cake! ( it was a half sheet of white cake with strawberries and whipped cream) People started offering to take cake home, and I was slightly disappointed.

Also important, almost half the price of the other bakeries that I had scoped out.

So will we head over the hill again, YES! Was is worth dealing with unfriendly/unappreciative employees? Actually..... YES!

Excellent cake and our family is curious to find out what else is delicious at the meanest bakery in the west!

I love this place! It was a friend who brought me here and ever since I've been coming here at least 3xwk. I always stopped by for a coffee and blueberry muffins every time I go for a walk at Pacifica pier. This is where we ordered cakes too at work. This is a must place to stop.

We have always gone to Mazzetti's for special occassion cakes. But this will change. I ordered what I thought was one of their specialty cakes, the Napoleon cake - I think it was the most expensive on the cake menu. It was described as puff pastry, white cake, custard, whipped cream, raspberry and fudge. It was literally a "whipped cream" cake, with NO cake in it (I think they forgot that layer altogether), raspberry layer was so thin you couldn't even taste it and the whipped cream overwhelmed everything else. Everyone in the party did not care for it, and for the most part it was not eaten. I would suggest never ordering this cake. Also, I called almost a week in advance to order and asked them to decorate in nicely - it was not decorated at all. Although I would normally have rated them higher, it seems to me that because they do have a following, they have gotten complacent with quality and service, and that they are slowly going down hill, if not already there. Maybe time to look for a new bakery.

I'm only giving it 1 star because I am required to give a star, I'd give 0 stars if i could. Complete disappointment! I ordered a quarter sheet, when I went to pick it up, it was a small ass mini cake! How can they mess up on the size?? And there's not a damn thing anyone can do because it was 1 hour before my son's 7th birthday dinner. I will NEVER order from here again!

I came from Vacaville to visit my favorite bakery only to be gravely disappointed by the fact they were out of napoleons for TWO DAYS! The very dull young lady simply said "we ran out yesterday and he didn't make anymore today" none in the freezer either. She couldn't care less... So very sad!
