As I was placing my order, the power went out in the store where this McDonald’s is located, and Erica finished my order with excellent customer service. Of course, for safety, I quickly left with my food. Reminds me of a life lesson: Be safe but don’t be hungry.

Yes, always crowded and parking situation is not too great. I go by to get a mcdouble or a breakfeat now and then. I haven't anything else on the menu for year, not since the McRib and McDLT.

ok, so i have been to this McDonalds location various times. and they NEVER had a problem with substituting a tomatoe slice and lettuce instead of the meat patty. in fact, ANY of the McDonalds' ive been to... they never had a problem with this. with that being said, today i stopped at this location inside the Walmart in Covina and an employee there by the name of Erika Diaz was very rude when i placed my order telling me that it is the first and last time i will get to substitute the meat patty for a tomatoe slice and lettuce instead. her tone of voice for a lack of a better word was very bitchy. and i was not rude whatsoever. and never had a problem over the years with anyone there over my vegetarian order. as a matter of fact they are making more money off of me i'm paying the same price. you'd think they'd save more keeping the meat patty and just giving me ONE slice of tomatoe and lettuce instead. point being she was very very rude and it was unnecessary. not too sure if she was the manager or not. IF she was that is just sad. in conclusion, it was very poor customer service. specially when i wasn't being difficult in any way shape or form. will not be eating here any longer.

The food was good but the service wasn't so great , the lady that took my order didn't include the sauce so when I went up to the counter to ask for my sauce , she gave me an attitude ..

I love the McRib here. Keep ur cash stand by - I have seen they having issue with their card swiping systems couple of times.
Overall, usual customer service n crowd.

It was horrible . the employee couldnt hear me when i ordered through drive through and they were to busy gossiping they didnt pay attetion to what i asked for. And i didnt recieve my order complete

Mcdonald'S has earned a special place in my heart. The baristas are like coffee artists, and each cup is a masterpiece. The comfy armchairs and soothing jazz music make it my go-to spot for relaxation.
