My order is correct every time which is a really big deal considering how rare that seems at any fast food these days. My only complaint with this location is that sometimes later at night patties are really dry and buns can be kinda stale but it's not consistently an issue. I'd say it's one of the best McDonald's around here even with my one complaint.

THIS IS THE WORST MCDONALD'S IN THE WORLD. My wife ordered a mcgriddle and we got home and the mcgriddle bun was EMPTY! This is not the first time this happened here, several weeks ago our daughters Happy meal.burger came with no burger just a bun! Also we ordered 2 mcgriddles and only received one.

For a fast food establishment this location is great. Great staff and very clean. Sometimes the drive thru can take longer than expected.

One step up from jack in the crack...fast food is what it is...sorry micky d...Carl's has the better burger on an open flame grill...it is just better, but sometimes u crave a big mac.

Always consistently good. Fries are crispy and burgers aren't greasy like some locations

The manager and cashier on the night of 8/8 were amazing. They both were attentive and had great customer experience. They opened up the playroom later than normal for my son to get out a little last minute energy. Had great service from the two of them. Thanks guys !

One of a few that still serve a warm hamburger and hot frys. Most are more concerned in speed ,over Quality.

This place is Ladera Ranch in microcosm. (If you were not happy living there, you'll understand.) The counter staff is not friendly enough to overlook the mistakes. Or, for that matter, airport McDonald's prices.

I was also advised that small is not an option, we start at medium.

Slow service. Occasionally messes up oatmeal and dishes ordered thru drive-thru. Overall not a bad quick-bite-to-eat.

On my way to show properties and made a quick stop for a sausage and egg McMuffin with coffee. The best and quick service as well
