Service very slow and the counter person could not remember my order. Got involved in stocking napkins, cups, etc. While we were waiting for our two coffees- and no one was in line when we ordered. Frustrating to say the least.

Samantha is THE BEST drive thru worker! SO positive, SO hard working, best worker at your store. 10/10 work eat there again. I love y'all chicken nuggets too haHAA

Waited close to 20 minutes in the drive through several times, usually it can be busy so you let it go. Tonight went through tge drive through, the only car, took close to 20 minutes for chicken nuggets, only.

Cashier taking order is not friendly nor trying to help order. No smile at all.
There were two items missing for my orders.Never said sorry.

They gave me the coffe filled just half of the cup and the iced coffe was without sugar

Yall didnt give me my FIVE hash browns, 2 spicy mcchickens, and my LARGE fries! This is ridiculous its damn 5 hashbrowns HOW DO YOU MESS THAT UP! You better delivered it to my house because i dont have the time to go get it and yall should have gotten it right the first time!

Just went to order shake at 9 AM, person in drive thru said not offering those right now and only serving breakfast. Drive thru speaker says breakfast served all day ... wtf..

Have never had an issue at this McDonalds. Staff is polite and orders have always come out correctly.

Salia or whatever her name was was so rude and rushed me out the drive thru. She doesnt smile back she dont make eye contact and she forgot my drink and so I came back around and she didn't even apologize she made grab my stuff put her hand out and never said a word until I asked her name! Then I tried to call the store to complain but the number listed is out of service!!
