This particular McDonalds is OK, gets busy in evenings.I like the upstairs dining area.

Dirty dining area, upstairs and down. Orders are usually wrong and the employees could care less.

This mickey dee has. Always been a problem spot. Mechanical/Robotic service. It is fast food, so i will concede that. The place is regularly dirty. I was eating lunch there one day when the employee started changing the trash RIGHT NEXT TO MY TABLE! WTH? Today my son saw McRib was back and wanted one. What we got was micrib material, i wont call it meat, on a q pounder bun. In a qp box. They should have told us when we ordered them, As we finished eating, a mgr walked in with three totes of mcrib buns. Again, they should have told us! I try avoid Mickey dees, and especially this one, but i do like the filet o fish. Oh, i forgot. This. Store and the one on sp valley on jamacha are owned by the same people, a franchise, but one has mcrib, the other dosen't. One has filet o fish friday 1.69, the other ha 2 for 5 all week long. I guess im done with mcdee.

Forgot both 4 piece nuggets in 2 happy meals so I had to drive back and get them.

The Mcdonalds on Paradise Valley Road is always congested. Need a new location. ASAP

Really disappointed with our visit tonight. I was craving some McD fries, so we hit up the drive-thru. Service was fine, but once we got home it went downhill lol the fries were lukewarm and stale, and my burger bun was hard as a rock...super bummed....

The people here don't care about you or your food, they want you out of the store as quickly as possible... That being said, they can be fast though.

The drive through personel are really polite and are great at their job, but inside, nothing works, no ice, they cant get orders right. If you are standing at the counter waiting to get helped, they act like you arent there and wont even ask you to wait or thank you for waiting. Its like they dont want you to dine in.

It's McDonald's. What else can we all really say? This one has a polite morning staff and a cute girl working the second window. Sometimes they forget to give you fries or something off your order. Most notably remembered as the "Two story McDonald's"

2 story McDonald's conveniently located in a heavy populated area for our convenience

I like this place because the people are nice and the food is delicious with a great served meal.

Parking lot and drive thru situation is a problem. Drive thru line gets so backed up they block cars going to other business in the shopping center

Make sure when you order a Big Mac they put cheese on it!! Mac w/ no cheese? No good!!
