It was not very crowded, but everybody's orders took about 7 minutes to arrive to the dining room. The store itself is coldlooking, with stone walls and awkward seats. My fish sandwich had no tartar sauce, but did have big globs of mayo. I'm always sorry when I go to McDonalds.

Dirty floors, slow service, understaffed, sloppily dressed staff, the soda fountain is behind the counter (so you must wait on the lone cashier to get a drink filled)... The Manager or Owner are clearly seldom present, or they are happy with abysmal mediocrity. Either way, this location is one of the worst McDonald's around. Food was shockingly good.

My daughter and I just tried the Buttermilk Crispy Tenders and we'd say that they are barely passing as edible.

Fast service and a friendly staff. Easy to find and plenty of parking.

So, thought I left my bank card in the drive thru at this location Friday night. Realized it Sat afternoon. Called just before 2pm to see if I did as it is not close to my home. The first time someone answered and hung up on me after me saying hello. I called right back and the person said hello. I asked if this was the McDonalds at Del Lago and Via Rancho Pkwy. She said yes. I said, I think I may have left my bank card in drive thru the night before and asked if she could check. She said no. And said I needed to come look for it. I was taken back and then said, oh no, I used it in drive thru and think I left it in the lil machine. I didn't drop it any where, I never left my car. I then said so can you please check. She again said no. I said are you serious, can I talk to the manager please. She again said no and then hung up on me. So I drove out of my way there today to see if they had it. Asked for manager straight away. Told her of incident, showed her the number I called on my phone and the time frame. She went and checked there phone record to verify my call, apologized and said they will check the cameras to see whom it was. Apperantly, employees arnt even supposed to answer the phone. So, originally I would have given none to 1 star, but the managers response bumped it up a tad. Still was very irritating and inconvenient

I love the crowd in their...
I always go for breakfast even doe its packed always they are on q... Thank u guys always

Didn't carry typical sauces, frappe/smoothie machine was broke, with 1 person a head of me in the drive thru they were pretty slow.

Stopped by the drive thru for a quick bite order to breakfast burritos and oatmeal check my bag once I got through the line and they only put one burrito in the bag with the oatmeal went back inside the entire Place smells like throw up either that or somebody blew up the bathroom so I got my last burrito I was waiting on got back in my car and realized they never gave me a spoon for the oatmeal after I was already on the freeway I know it's a McDonald's and no one ever reads the reviews however this is what keeps people from coming back to this garbage ass chain.

Drive thru girl was pretty rude and impatient with us which wasn't a great start, then we ordered a parfait and she said let me check if we have any, she checked and then put it on the screen. We asked for two waters but they only put one on the screen, and we had to ask 3 times for them to switch it to two??? We drive up and the girl is chatting with her co worker and then won't even look at us when she's all quietly reading off our order and AGAIN says one water. Lmao. Then she says they don't have any parfaits left..weird..since they just checked🤔🤔so we say okay we'll take a Mcflurry instead. Of course their ice cream machine is broke! And finally their receipt machine doesn't work haha. After all this they don't even comp anything. That's fine💓

Very slow service. 20 minutes for one happy meal. Bunch of Angry employees here too.
