Clean, friendly, and fun to order meals on the life-size monitors. I know little French, they didn't know English, but we made it through in placing and paying for my order. Great service!

Good place and safe. However, I have difficulty to arrive the place. Highway traffic was terrible.

Rudest place I ever know .. ratchet staff this lady was highly unprofessional and so was the manger these girls today , had one girl on the line yesterday struggling while they was just talking to each other and as soon as approached the one of the girls to order I was rudely approached and when I was taking my wallet out to pay I felt rush all I got was two sweet teas after I payed the girl then told me I will be waiting for while to get two sweet tea tht I wouldn’t have gotten in the first place if she didn’t tell me in the first place .. the manger ask if I wanted anything else at tht point I just wanted to leave then I ask for my money back I give him my change tht the girl gave to me if I payed 5.78 for two sweet teas why would I want only 5.00 back in thts all he gave me even when I showed him my receipt. Worst customer service ever!

This location is okay would rate 3/5. Went with my son and the set up is ridiculous there is no line and no pickup line this location needs to be rebuilt and have a pickup side and line. All of cashiers kept yelling “I CAN HELP WHO IS NEXT” angrily making me not want to go to them To take my order. Overall Workers were nice but can work on how to speak to customers

I was disappointed with my visit to Mcdonald'S. The latte tasted too bitter, and the service was inattentive. I hope they improve because the potential is there.

I had a terrible experience at Mcdonald'S. The coffee at 216 Christiana Mall, Newark, DE 19702, USA was burnt, and the staff was rude. My visit to Mcdonald'S was a major letdown. The coffee tasted like it had been left on the burner for far too long, resulting in a bitter and unpleasant brew. To make matters worse, the staff's dismissive attitude left me with a sour taste in my mouth.

So, I checked out Mcdonald'S in 216 Christiana Mall, Newark, DE 19702, USA, and it was a rollercoaster ride. The mocha was top-notch, but the Wi-Fi was slower than a tortoise on a tea break. If you're here to work, better bring your patience and a good book.
