Worst service ever. I came in to order my breakfast this morning (12/29) and not only did nobody greet me but nobody even acknowledged me waiting to take my order and a few kitchen crew walked by and made eye contact. The fryer, a think male with blonde hair also noticed me and still did not say "welcome" or let the cashiers know I was there. The team leader (shorter Hispanic woman with blonde tops) was very rude, didn't speak up, and assumed I wanted my drink large before offering me a small. Not going again.

It was just remodeled it is nice and clean. But the people are super slow and always rude oh and did I say supper supper sloooow. If you are try to get lunch fast better go somewhere else.

I love the renovations, been patronizing this location for years, I like that it is close to my home and church! Great service!

Terrible service! They take forever. Its a drive-thru n they always wanna park u, n when they do they forget about u. All the workers have bad attitudes including the managers. Idk why i keep coming here, its the closest one home. All the "improvements" made the drive thru worst! Its like 20mins in the drive thru! I order happy meals for my kids n they never have happy meal boxes. Kids look fwd to tht. I ordered a big mac ml n they told me they didnt have big macs! They were out of sauce so they werent selling big macs. Smh.

It was very busy so it took a long time to receive order but it was understood do to being very busy.

This place sucks i dont know how many times they messed up my order and they had my receipt i was there for like 35mins. Waiting.they all have bad attitudes i asked to talk to the manager and she had an attitude too i will not be goingback to this one everrr

I just went through the drive thru and when I got home my food was completely cold! I live less than 3 minutes away so there's no excuse for my food to get cold that quick. And also, it was obvious they didn't take their time or even care when making the burgers, my husband got the Grand Mac and when he opened the box the burger looked messy and the wrong buns were on the wrong sides. This is horrible, I am a manager at a fast food restaurant and I'd never serve my customers poor quality food. This is a shame!!! I'd give this place no stars if I could.

I don't know why I keep coming here! They always forget to give me something or give me a wrong order. I went today before work to get my kids breakfast I ordered 2 2burrito combos (#10 in the breakfast menu) they charge me for 2 and gave me one. Worst part was I asked the lady at the window if everything was in my bag and she nodded yes with a bad attitude. She seemed to be a manager so what can you expect from a cashier being those are the standards for a manager. Anyways I went with no breakfast because I wasn't not going to leave my kids without breakfast, I didn't have time to go back. And they don't have their restaurant number on their receipt. Also the number they have online gives me a busy tone...worst place ever don't waist your time and money
