easy in/out, fast and what else you want for 'to go' orders? lines were medium sized. longest i waited was behind 3 people and i'm pretty sure i was out by 10 mins, though i walked in.

Totally remodeled very nice not a whole lot of seating but the place looks really good i enjoyed seeing it all new looking.

Lately I've noticed more and more when I come for my sweet tea their either out of lemon or out of tea
And on top of that I ask for extra extra ice and very seldom do I get it
Service is usually friendly so I'm at least grateful for that
You can teach people to order lemon and tea according to use, and how to fill the cup with ice to the top and then add a little more after the tea but you can't really teach people to be bubbly and welcoming

Dudes tonight 9/28 suck. I waited 45 minutes at the drive through. I got here right at midnight and finally got helped at 12:47. Maybe shift change but atill waited way too long. Upper management should check their cameras. Things didnt look right... Sketchy as hell.

I used avoid THE PLACE BUT I was so sho
caked, great service ,clean,it used to stink like a toilet. The whole place has changed and instead of driving to Palm Springs, I can drive rt. Up the street.Thank You for an excellent experience. V. Vieira

The remodel was nicer than I expected. Cool tablets for the kids to play on. I was very comfortable eating. I felt like I had a little privacy and i wasn't bother by any other guests. I felt like I could relax.

It was a horrible experience. I had to wait in the drive thru for over 10 minutes just waiting to give my order and that was once I reached the ordering kiosk.I had to actually ask if there was anyone to help me. I repeated my order three times before the guy got it right. Once I reached the first window to pay I gave the guy the exact change and he handed me back a bunch of change. When I stated that I should not be getting any change only dollar bills he wanted to see the receipt which was blowing in my hand in the wind. I explained that I gave him exact change so I wouldn't get back a whole bunch of change he had no idea what to do. Once I reached the next window the manager had nothing but excuses to offer me and never once said she was sorry for the mistake. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!
Update 8/2017 still horrible service!

Being the first in line is always the best way to get your food. But this place is ALWAYS busy nonstop. Inside the lobby and even the drive thru. The employees are nice but may get your order wrong from time to time. Once you get your food it tastes just the way you ordered.

Lousy parking and the inside is dirty, furniture is in need of paint. Why has the corporation let this place stay open? Lots of business here if you had a better location.

the ice cream machine never works. I have gone every day for 4 months to see if the ice cream machine would be available and nothing!! I assume they interview people and the only question they ask is "What do you tell a customer when they order ice cream?" and when the possible hire answers "sorry our ice cream machine is out" they are automatically hired on spot..FIX IT!!!!!!!!!!!!

I used to eat here almost every weekend, but then one time when I got the Double Quarter Pounder, and it tasted kinda old and funny. A few hours later I had the huge urge to go get bathroom and then I went again and again. So I got diarrhea from one of their burgers. So I'm never eating here ever again until they learn how to make actual good food.
