Card machine was broken off the mount, the dining area was unkept, no high chairs for little ones. But the music and food was good.

Asked for the food to be made fresh--I can tell the difference between microwaved food and that which came off the grill/fryer. I got nuked food. Not happy. Didn't get a receipt either.

Awful service, dirty, and chaotic. The atmosphere feels like you have accidentally wandered into a McDonald's breakroom. Employees are playing around instead of helping customers or doing much needed cleaning. Watched employees eating behind the counter and fooling around with their friends rather than working. Orders take forever to receive and are usually incorrect. Just keep driving to another fast food place.

If I could give my visit 0 stars or negative ones, I totally would. I honestly don't truly expect much being mcdonalds but this was just ridiculous. ordered at the self ordering machine that they have in all of them now, ordered take-out, received my food for "here", asked for a bag because it was supposed to be take-out, got a dirty look and was told uh no you ordered for here. NO. brushed that off, got my food, didn't receive drinks, had to go wait in the line to get my beverages. THEN, got home which I live .2 miles away, my fries literally taste like they've been made this morning and were just sitting the warmer. stale. no real flavor. all limp, seriously... WORST FRIES EVER. this is a joke. my Big-mac was half made poorly, had to redo the whole thing myself to even get it out of the container. seriously.. WORST experience ever. goodness. won't ever go to here again.

This place was clean and well-maintained, and I enjoy McDonald's a lot, but the staff here was anything but professional. My fries were done before the rest of the meal so they are left sitting on the tray to get cold and then the rest of meal was put on later and I had to go and get new french fries. Which they did replace but this seems to be a fault in training. Also they didn't seem to be very friendly.

I'm not an avid fast food eater and if I'm being honest, I don't eat at McDonald's for personal reasons.

However, I happened to stop by this McDonald's because as I was playing in a nearby park with my two year old, she needed to pee and well ..... the park didn't have a restroom so we hopped in the car and found the nearest one. McDonald's.

Took her to the restroom. No issues from employees considering I didn't come there to buy anything. The restroom was sooooooo clean. I was pleasantly surprised and was not expecting this. Ended up meeting a super nice lady who had a daughter my daughter's age. We spoke a while and this brought me into buying food here. The establishment is well kept. VERY CLEAN. Staff was very friendly. Helpful. I explained I don't visit McDonald's at all. They were happy to help and give me some pointers on what to order base on what I told them about my daughter's likes and dislikes. All the workers l encountered had such a positive attitude. You just hardly see this from fast food places. Thank you.

I'd love to say I'd go to McDonald's again because in all likelihood, I probably will not BUT if I do, this will be the one I'd be going back to.

Ps: I thought it was pretty nice that they have a playyard, but also have tables where you can sit and eat your food while watching your kids. It's a separate area but still attached to the main building. Genius. Most places that have a playyard just have the one eating area so you have to get a table close to the play area so you can see your kiddos.

Love the customer service at this location, this is the most and absolutely D best McDonald's I've ever been too...no B.S. OMG...THIS MCDONALD'S. At this location is the best of the best especially in Moreno valley

They need more games in the kids playground so they can have more fun cause its to little for the kids that's what my cousin said.

After placing my order in the drive thru line the McDonald's rep. asked me to pull foward to wait for my breakfast. After waiting for 10 minutes I went inside to find my breakfast sitting waiting to be bagged and when I got it, it was luke warm. What a waste of my time who likes to eat cold eggs that were meant to be hot. Yuck!

I am really amazed that my experience with my daudhter was this horrible. We simple ordered a couple burgers, and fries with no salt....simple right! Why did it take almost 20 minutes to get my order (after I told them..."we still don't have our food.") So, the mgr. Says, " oh, we will get it...just have a seat." When he comes with the food, he says, "sorry! We are waiting on the fries..." Now, he comes with some super 'grease' filled fries. I like McDonald's, but this was a horrible experience at this place. You guys must get it together! Thank God that He is a God of second chances, so I want to give this McD's a another chance, too...maybe in a couple of months🤕

I will never visit this restaurant again...
McDonald's is a rip off!!!
I ordered a meal, they were out of the drink I wanted, so I said forget the drink and I was tha without the drink the total was higher? Bull S***!
The person taking my order also said "oh well" when I asked why.
I refuse to be ripped off for not ordering what McDonald's says I have to order... and I refuse to be spoken to like an idiot by some kid taking my order.
I make your paycheck by spending money there...
NO MORE!!!! McDonald's lost aboutv8 customers for that and I will keep telling everyone I come into contact with.
By the way, I am a college professor who has hundreds of students to pass the word to!!!!
