Very disatisfied after waiting thru drive thru for 22 mi. I was asked to pull up front and waited another 14 min for our food"Horrible customer service This happened on 12/16/17 they gave us our fries 🍟 first then we waited 14 min outside we had to trow those fries out by the time we arrived home""Stay away They are all the same in Moreno Valley JP Mangione is the owner does not have a clue about good customer service""Over all BAD MANAGEMENT"""

Drive thru service at night is horrible. I pulled up to the speaker with no greeting. I'm currently here now, and have been in front of the speaker for 15 mins before anyone greeted me. Not even a, hello I'll be right with you.

Horrible! Sat in this drive thru for nearly 30 mins just to get bad food....Ordered a 10 piece nugget meal and 6 piece kids meal, got an 8 and 4 piece & our fries were old and cold like they had been sitting out for 30 mins. Asked for a root beer or a Dr pepper and were told the only choices were Coke, sprite, orange or strawberry fanta... so suddenly people can not count and there are no drink options? I don't care how busy a store is, basic math should not be an issue....

This place is like any other McDonalds. This one has a play place which is great.

It's Mdonlad's, what do you expect? The best thing on the menu is the Mcflurry and even if they can manage to screw it up, which they do often, it's still alright. Make sure they blended the Mcflurry before you drive off, because having to go in and tell they made a mistake is like telling a wild animal to calm down. No one wants to deal with it and honestly I could care less.

They never mess up my orders and always have ice coffees available. The one on sunnymead. . . SMH is all I can say

I ordered a diet coke with extra ice along with other food and when I got it, it tasted flat so I gave it back to the drive thru person and let her know. She took the cup from me and then quickly handed it back but this time only half the cup was filled and the rest was carbonation and it still tasted flat. I gave it back to her again and she had a major attitude about it and added more drink to the cup and gave it back to me. Obviously it was still flat because she kept just filling it with the same machine. She was rude and the issue wasn't my fault. I gave up and left with my flat drink. I stopped somewhere else on my way home to get another drink. I shouldn't have to pay twice for my drink when all she had to do was get someone to change out the machine and in the mean time run to the main area and fill my drink with one of those machines. I wasn't asking too much and I didn't appreciate her rude attitude.

Took twenty minutes to get a plain cheese burgers and a frappe it was ridiculous to wait so long for a simple order.

Long line in drive-thru but it went pretty fast. The drive thru associate who took my money kinda thru my change at me and it fell outside my car and I lost a quarter.. lol

Horrible customer service. They always ask you to pull up so that there time is efficient....but thats a lie!!! Worse McDonald's I have ever been to!

We had breakfast right after 5:30am. You would think it would be fast service since it was empty. Well it took over 5 mins to even order. It took about 15mins to even get our food. And when we did get our food the hash browns were over cooked and dripping in oil.
