Their digital kiosks for ordering minimize human interaction. This is a good thing.

It has a nice play area for the youngsters. 3 touch screen game stations. Food is McDonalds so no surprises there.

It's McDonald's it's always the same. Neither good for you, yet flavorful. Same people work there that did when I wad a kid, seems like. Looks the same. It's just the same.

Staff is friendly, there's a gentleman in particular that tends to our seniors there he is very talkative,engaging,has charisma he helps out in the kiosk for ordering very well mannered and happy to be there.

Come in for a great chicken sandwich or a yummy shake. Clean and bright. Friendly crew. Playground for the kiddies.

Clean location inside but the drive through is almost always backed up.
They're often out of ingredients and the wait is long whether the actual line is long or not.
We waited 30min for our small order with no cars in front of us. We only come here because it's the only one in yucaipa and open later than most other local fast food.

The workers themselves have always been very nice to us though, no complaint there. I suspect the main issue is simply poor management.

Avoid this place at all costs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!McDonalds is really going down hill compared to 10 years ago. Got an Egg Mcmuffin. Bread taste stale. It does not look good at all. Ordered an apple juice and orange juice, got 2 orange juices. Its not that hard to look at the order on the receipt.

Slow as heck. Ordered our food inside.and it seems like all they were taking care of was the people in drive-thru. So I guess if you want faster service go in drive thru at this McDonald's.

My mastiff loves the double cheeseburger. She loves being in the drive through.
