I've been here a few times. During my most recent visit, their kiosks weren't working correctly so I had to pay at the register anyways, after placing the order on the kiosk. They had no napkins in any of their customer side dispensers. Every time I have gone, I've had to request my cup for my beverage. The two visits prior to the latest, I did get good service, so all around I'm giving them 3 stars. Some of the decor is dirty as well. I think the whole place needs a good once over.

the staff is very fast and hardworking. the food is a fair price. unfortunately, the machinery seems to be somewhat unreliable. every time i visit, something seems to have broken down, usually the ice cream machine.

Thee interior design is really cool and offers great seating area for families. The New self ordering kiosks are very beneficial if they are working 100% most of the time they aren't. If they fix these knick knacks and have better clean up services I would rate 5 stars.

Soda machines out of ice. One set of soda machines only dispensing soda water. Catsup dispenser empty as well as unsweetened tea. I will give it 2 stars only because the young man who waited on us was very pleasant.

we were at this place a week ago Sunday, this place is a real mess, to start with i don't think anyone one knows what their jobs are. talking about what they did last night, but i was with 3 people, and we ordered food, 4 sausage mc muffins should not take 45 mins. while i was waiting, for my food there was another customer there who had been waiting for one hour. when we did get our food 45 mins latter every thing was COLD!!! i will never go back to this place again.
Manager and the Owner should work each and every shift in this joint, this place needs a lot of help.
If i could give this place a no star i would.

I am a early morning customer. Today I had a horrible experience. Sat at the order board for 10 min. I finally had to drive up to the first window. The girl was busy playing with her phone instead of taking orders.
Usually they are very quick. I guess you just take a chance

Cashier does not understand the offer. That when the offer stating that you supposed to get free medium drink when you purchase anything is not the same as buy one get one free

Very relaxing place. I loved that they had a comfortable couch to sit on. The employees were very attentive and they gave my son a free ice cream because they were out of some of the deserts he wanted. We were very pleased.

Service as always. Same menu as other place. The staff is helpful and nice. The big issue at this location is that there is transients and random people inside. People literally camp out here, staff doesn't seem to mind. I get my meal to go. Place has an uncomfortable vibe to it. The place is nice to, would like to sit in and eat, but if rather not. But it's what it is. Stop and dash place.

The staff is always friendly, polite and polished in their uniforms. I've been coming here for years and the service is reliable and the food is fine.

I come to this on the weekends with a friend that works at the mall. I come over and eat, but this store never had Internet here. I always have to connect my phone every time. This is ridiculous that i have to my phone every time.
