Possibly the slowest McDonald's I've ever been to. Doesn't matter if you go in, or drive thru. Customer service is not that great either. Disappointed. McDonald's please do better. The only good thing about this place is that it's 24 hour.

Decided to stop to get some food. After waiting in line for my turn, i finally get to the speaker... and they ask me to hold. Mind you there was only 2 cars in front of me....not to busy. Finally after waiting a few minutes she comes on the speaker only to tell me that's it's cash only! GOOD TO KNOW. That would have been great to know before I pulled it to line. 5 minute wait just to hear that, then stuck another 15 minutes waiting for the people to get there food just so I can pull out of the damn drive through...save people the time and post a damn sign if its cash only! I swear McDonalds prides itself on ruining orders and giving the worst customer service

Awful service!!! Went through the drive-thru, got to the window to pick up my food... the tenant read my order to me and I confirmed "yes" that is my order... then he asked for my receipt as if he didn't believe me. I gave him my receipt and he checked it and ok'd it. Then the manager asked for my receipt. I felt like I was being interrogated for a $4 order... super ridiculous!!!! Then, 90% of the time I go there there is something missing from my order... I keep going there because I keep thinking it'll get better but it doesn't.... 😡😝

The play area was disgusting I was there a little under 2 hours. The tables were filthy the floor was disgusting. During my stay not one lobby person ever came in to inspect or clean the children's play area. As soon as I got home had my son shower immediately. He was filthy as of playing in the dirt. When I told the assistant manager that the play area needed to be cleaned. He explained that the person was on lunch break. I explained to him that I was there for a little under 2 hours. No one ever came to check and the air conditioning is broken it's terrible in there

Play area is very messy and dirt. I've been here 1/2 an hour no employee has stepped in to check the play area. It could use a good sweep and mop. Trash can be taken off the tables.

Great play area. Friendly service. Playground is in need of air conditioning. Far too hot and humid in the summer months

Came in today as I was in the area. Good overall, nice accommodation and friendly people that I talked to.

Only problem, is the outside lights were off, and the inner lights were dimmed a tad too much. I thought it was closed at first!

Drive thru here it's the slowest of any fast food joint I've ever been too. There's a great Del Taco and Jack in the box in this same corner. Spend your money there.

I have never been to this McDonalds even once without having some sort of issue. How hard is it to get ONE standard meal correct??

Always have to wait forever for someone to acknowledge you when you need something like a refill on your coffee or BBQ sauce. Workers totally ignore you. Manager Ana always has a scowl on her face.

Terrible experience every time I visit and really don't know why I go back. I seriously think this was the last time. They are usually slow and rarely get the order right. This time around they gave us regular instead of Diet Coke, stale fries and missed one of our burgers (there were only 2). Of course we didn't realize until we got home and didn't have time to go back but I tried to call and request a refund (twice) and they didn't answer. Do yourself a favor and drive a few extra miles to a different location.

Breakfast was clean and warm, good coffee. Didn't get sick after either!
