Merengue Bakery & Cafe is the best coffee shop in 417 South Myrtle Avenue, Monrovia, CA 91016. The cappuccinos are always expertly frothed, and the staff is welcoming. It's my happy place.

Merengue Bakery & Cafe was a disappointment. The latte was lukewarm, and the pastries were far from fresh. I left disappointed and won't be returning anytime soon.
