After upland Ca Mimi cafe closed, we started going this one. Service is good and professional. Meal is very good. Mimi's cafe almost always offer buy 1 get 1 free with purchasing drink, it lowers the price a lot for two.The meals are delicious. On 12/10/17, I forgot to take my credit card back, the staff there kept it for three days till i picked up. One word,Nice people, good service.

Poor service at this location. Will not return. After being seated, my wife and I noticed others being served who came in after us. Eventually, the waitress came and took our drink order. I ordered a Peach Mimosa, as I cannot medically drink orange juice.
My wife's hot tea came out quick enough, but my drink took 20 to 30 minutes. When the waitress brought it out, I asked what kind of juice was in the glass, as it looked sort of pulpish. She said it was Peach, but it also had orange juice in it. I informed her that I cannot drink orange juice and she said they all had orange juice except the one with cranberry juice. I said good, bring me that.
Then some lady comes out from the back says she's the waitress' boss and all of the mimosas have orange juice in them. I informed her that this fact was not indicated on the menu from which I ordered. She said she didn't know what the menu said but it's an industry secret that orange juice is used in all flavors of mimosas.
I could see that this wasn't going well, especially after she said I was insulting her and she wasn't going to let me shout at her and her waitress (I shouted at no one). I told her to walk away from my table, then. And bring me the one the waitress said she would bring. She came back with a glass of what looked like cranberry juice, but I told her to take it back. How do I know she didn't spit in it? As argumentuve and indignant as she was, I didn't trust her. Of course, the waitress got no tip. This location sucks. The manager is unprofessional, rude and has no people skills. The waitress seemed inept.

Excellent customer service, great tasting food, quick turnaround when food is ordered.
Way over priced!

When we arrived, it was a tad busy. To be expected on a Saturday, at 11 AM. We gave our name. A few min later, a couple walked in, and were sat right away. I guess the lady who sat them didn't know there was a wait list, even though a bunch of people were just standing there in the waiting area. Um, OK...

So we were seated. It took 10 minutes to finally see our server. So we were ready, ordered our drinks along with our meal. Our muffin came, then our drinks, then about 25 minutes later, our food finally camera

We got the carrot raisin muffin. It kinda tasted like a bran muffin. It was moist, but not a lot of flavor. The iced coffee drinks were good. I don't think there are refills. We never were asked if we wanted anything else to drink, even though mine was 2/3 gone before our food came.

I ordered the ham crepes. I can't remember what else was in them. Had cheese on top. I added avocado. And I think it had a chardinay sauce? It was AMAZING!!! Loved it! I got potatoes with it, with onion added. SO good! So much flavor.

Hubby got ham and eggs, which were good. With stuffed french toast. Stuffed With orange marmalade. On top, strawberries and blueberries. So good! We got the pure maple syrup for 1.50. It was good. But they give you a TINY amount.

The food was great. Service, meh. I understand it was busy. But a little more attentiveness would be nice. She never brought the ketchup I asked for, and never checked on us. (We had to flag her down for the check). But, it was a good meal, and we will be back.

The breakfasts are great. Had the Florentine Benedict and my wife had the Pecan Griddle, Botie were excellent. But the portions are huge. I love the food but I always over eat which isn't a good thing.

Went to Mimi's to order our favorite beef pot roast but was very dissapointed - it didn't taste bad but this is the first time it didn't meet our expectations. The staff were excellent as was the manager & they did right by us - so yes, we will return and give it another try. Rating is for service.

I had lunch with Lynette today my best friend. It is nice to get together and get caught up. Are waitress was outstanding and are meals were excellent.

Always a great meal and great service. My wife and I are regulars just because of those two reasons.

I've been too many Mimis in Phoenix but this was my first visit at this location. First visit I asked for dressing on the side for my salad. Waited brought dressing on side but also on the salad. Otherwise the service was good. We ate there twice since we were staying right behind there and it was very convenient.
Food was very good but it didn't seem to be up to the excellent level I'm used to.

My experience at Mimi's was not pleasant. First of all, the greeter would not take my name for our party of seven because she said it would only take five minutes. Thirty minutes later we were still sitting there. It took too long to be seated, too long to take our orders, took another 30 minutes to get frozen bread. And she told me I could share hot water with a member of my party. An hour and a half later we are still sitting here with frozen bread, no food, watching other patrons eat and leave. I will not visit this location again. At the Fontana location I always get treated with respect.

One of my favorite places to take a friend. I enjoy the food, its services and music. Their muffins are to die for.

First, the wait staff here is always top notch; they are pleasant, nice and helpful. The food is always good, as well. However, I came in the other day for breakfast and the restaurant smelled like sewer and it felt extremely dirty. That can definitely ruin a good meal.

Have gone here several times a year over the last 15 years or so. It's one of those places where you can always expect good food and service. The meals are reasonably priced and I love that they serve breakfast all day.
