So, I ventured into Mrs. Fields Cookies Palm Desert, Ca in 72840 Highway 111, Ste 339, Palm Desert, California 92260, and their cortado was the bomb dot com. It had that perfect balance of espresso and warm, frothy milk. The café had this industrial chic thing going on with exposed brick walls and hanging Edison bulbs. Loved the vibe.
