Have loved this particular company's cookies since I was a kid living in Hong Kong. Love that all their branches are pretty consistent with their quality.

I would reccomend my favriote cookie (and this has not changed for years)- the simple but loveable sugar butter cookie. Really sit down and enjoy the flavors of this one.

Staff here is quick and has always been really good with kids. Haven't had stale cookies here yet, some times they do run out of the mini ones.

I had an unfortunate experience at Mrs. Fields (Permanently Closed). The service was sluggish, and my latte was tepid. It didn't meet my expectations.

So, I swung by Mrs. Fields (Permanently Closed) in 2855 Stevens Creek Blvd, Santa Clara, CA 95050, USA, and let's just say it was an adventure. The coffee was average at best, and the tables were wobblier than a Jenga tower on its last legs. Maybe bring your DIY toolkit next time?
