If you're ever in 9728 Marilla Drive, Lakeside, CA 92040, you've got to check out Mudslingers Coffee. Their cortado was a tiny cup of espresso perfection. The café had a cozy, European café vibe with sidewalk tables and acoustic guitar tunes. A romantic spot for coffee and conversation.

The aroma of freshly brewed coffee greeted me as I walked in, and the barista's warm smile made me feel right at home. I ordered their signature caramel macchiato, and it was a flavor explosion in my mouth. The caramel drizzle was just the right amount of sweet, balancing perfectly with the rich espresso.
