This is a cute little brunch spot in beautiful mission Bay California. It has pretty decent sized portions and incredibly friendly staff. The parking is a little difficult and requires a little walk to get to the establishment but it is well worth it. The building is easy to miss if you aren't paying attention.

I went on a date here and really enjoyed it. The club sandwich was delicious and the salsa was just the right amount of spicy. Afterwards we enjoyed two Turkish coffees which I would highly recommend.

I have visited this shop three times this week between 7:30 - 9:00 AM. Different staff members each time, but all wonderfully friendly, helpful., and efficient. The walnut sticky buns are amazing and large enough to split. Good coffee too. Nice inside and outside seating close to the beach. Small, bustling, yet friendly and quiet. I love this this place!

Stumbled across this place randomly last year and it was delicious. Back in the SD area again now and had to include as apart of my plans to dine and it’s just as delicious as I remembered. Portions are huge and prices very reasonable. I’m not a pancake person but these pancakes will change your life. Will be back anytime I’m in the area for sure!

We went to Belmont park for the day and wanted to get a quick bite. We found this place on yelp and walked down along the beach. Everyone at olive cafe was very friendly and accommodating. They had a great selection with a lot of organic options. I would definitely recommend it!

Best Breakfast while traveling ANYWHERE. I would have thought I was home and eating moms home cooking.

DO NOT PASS THIS PLACE UP!

I've been going here for years and the food is great every single time. It's often busy, so plan for a line or call in your order. Simple, yummy comfort food. Family owned, always very nice staff.

We had both the French toasts varieties. They were ok. Both were a bit dry. My strawberries were over ripe and had the taste they get when they are a day from the trash. Price is reasonable, coffee drink/lemonade were good. Food came out pretty quick which was nice. Staff friendly.

Love this place! Great food and service. My only complaint is that they make iced espresso (Americanos, lattes, etc.) by putting hot espresso into a plastic cup and THEN adding ice - not safe! Otherwise it's a great place.

The California chicken sandwich is the go to. This place is just a block from the beach and usually busy with just enough people to make it feel accommodating and welcoming. By far one of the best cafes near the beach.

Love this place. Great coffee, friendly atmosphere. They make the food fresh, so you may have to wait a bit, but they have a nice little outdoor eating area that's a nice place to sit, relax and people watch.

Fantastic location and friendly service. The patio can be a bit chilly in the shade so plan for that but the food was filling and tasty. Amazing hot chocolate.

Fantastic food!! Nice staff. The berry pancakes were delicious. We loved the quick walk to the beach and the neighborhood. Made for a wonderful morning.
