The service at Omakase was excellent, but the coffee at 16635 Sierra Lakes Pkwy, Fontana, California 92336 was just okay. I appreciated the attentive and friendly staff at Omakase, but I couldn't help but feel that the coffee itself didn't match up to the service quality.

Omakase needs a makeover. The furniture looks worn out, and the espresso shots were disappointingly bitter. It's in desperate need of some improvements.
