Ordered a dozen bagels with cream cheese to go. Realized the cream cheese was forgotten. Returned to Hamilton location to get cream cheese and the girl at the register Lupita was questioning me like I'm lying. Asked for a manager and Claudia came to the register with a bad attitude and informed me that I needed to prove purchase and her exact words, "Do you know how many people lie"? My response,, "It's cream cheese, you act as if it's.$5000 handbag. Since it's an issue I will pay for it". Claudia and her bad, horrible, I hate my job attitude return with a bag, throws it on the counter and states, "Heres your cream cheese on the house'. Horrible customer service and I typically visit Panera once a week but I will NEVER return. I would rather return to a place who has respect for their customers. I have zero problem with what her argument was. My issue was her attitude and tone.

Please clean some of the chair cushions. It looks disgusting. Other wise, the food choices are great.

Always quality Panera food. Our go-to place when we are in the area. Fast polite and clean.

The food is pretty good quality and tasty. There is a lot of seating both indoors and outdoors. This location has self-ordering pads if you’re feeling technologically inclined.

I like stopping here for a quick lunch. Lines tend to be long when I go, but they do keep it moving. They seem to make a lot of mistakes, both at the register and when they fill your order. Kitchen is often slow, and they don't check your ticket, so you should always check the order yourself if you're getting an order to go. The pastries all look great, and there is a large selection. I don't go for the pastries, though, in honor of my waistline!

Panera has a pretty good selection of pastries. The lunch menu is good, the salads however aren't served with fresh lettuce. It's happened three times where aged lettuce was served. They changed it happily. Hopefully there refrigerated section gets serviced so they can serve fresh plates.
Good coffee! Awesome asiago bagels too!

Good selection of breads and pastries. Also like their sandwiches.

Almost standard Panera Bread except they don't use beepers which buzz. Instead they're meant to be placed on your table so a server can bring your food to you. But that should be implemented by numbers attached to tall rods, not to a number which is hard to see in the table. This story comes from the server snarkly remarking that I was supposed to put my marker on the table (I thought it was a buzzer). Ironically the same worker couldn't find the number for another person in my party who did have her marker on the table...
