The floor plan here is maddening. Came here with my son to grab him a sandwich before dropping him off at camp, and I've never felt so frustrated in an establishment in my entire life while waiting for a to go order. There is literally no room at all to maneuver. The line behind the register can only support maybe one person behind the person ordering, so it just turns into a complete mess when there are more than four people total in line. They should move the register to the front where there is nothing but room. Whoever conceived and approved of this floorplan should be publicly shamed. I refuse to ever step foot back into this establishment again.

The soup was cold and the waitress refused to heat it

Mens bathroom reeks of pee. But everything else is on par with the other Paneras in this area. I get coffee every day at the one in camarillo, so dont let the pee deter you. I just wrote this to let management know that since the urinal was replaced it stinks bad and they need to replace the deodorizer and or cartridge since it is a waterless system.

5 out of 6 visits they were out of what my gf wanted, manager 1 time said they had it and when we got our food she brought her something else cause they were out of what my gf ordered, she did not ask if we wanted something different she just assumed I was fine paying for something good we did not ask for, I can not comprehend a food business that consistently shows they care more about waste cost than making enough food, if these were late night visits maybe, but 9 to 11 am? How do you settle for such low standards at something you give 40+ hours a week of your life to

Food is good, service is ok, but if you're coming to use the advertised "free wifi" - don't. There is one outlet in the whole place, and the wifi does not work consistently. When it does, it is slow and cuts out frequently.

Food was good. Cleanliness was marginal.

Decent staff; none of them were horrible but they seemed less kind and enthusiastic than the staff at our regular Panera in a different part of the county. The food was also okay - the sandwich was a bit lackluster, its bread soggy upon reaching our table, and did not come as I had specially ordered it at the cashier. Nonetheless, the mac n cheese was incredible. The restaurant itself is nice, bright and well-furnished. The selection of sodas offered is on the small side. Fine prices. The ''You Pick 2'' is a good value.

The pastry was decent, but everything else was bland, overcooked, and overpriced. This store is totally run down and dirty. I will not be back! I will be notifying corporate.
