The food is great and always fresh. Like the menu and all the great choices. But like all other establishments in hemet, this also suffers from very poor customer service. . . Staff always seems annoyed to take my order and always have this straight up none friendly attitude. Made me feel unwelcomed and that i should have made another choice. Working in customer service for 15 years i learned 2 things. From bartending to disneyland, 2 rhings always mattered. 1 the customer must always feel welcomed and helped in any way possible. Do what you can for the customer. Today i wanted to add something to my order and with a frustrated tone was told "just to do it with the girl youre paying with" then another exhale of frustration. 2 make the cumstomer feel they made the right choice to grab something to eat with you. With just a smile it all it takes to let one know that care was put into the food. Today, Rushed out and not even asked if i still wanted to add what i wanted to add. This will be my last visit vecouse frankly you have new competition that has the know how to operate a customer service establishment. All it takes is just that little bit to make a great place. And since the food is good I'm assuming you guys don't think the customer service and it said be at par.

Quiet and friendly. The food came out extremely fast I mean extremely fast you ordered it but I time you said down your food was already on its way it was delivered to you at your table. Is a good place to sit and read check your emails, do business if you needed to. Overall this is the best Panera Bread in this Valley. It's the Benchmark that all of them should be. No military discount but you do use your Penera Bread to gain reward points. I would still like to see a military discount maybe this will be something that will come in the future because there are so many veterans leaving living in this area that are on fixed incomes like myself.

This location is always on top of their game. The specialty coffee/espresso is even approved by my friend from New Zealand - the craziest coffee connoisseurs in the world. Bread is fresh and so delicious. Soups are hot, sandwiches are hearty. Staff is friendly. Ordering is easy. It's usually busy around lunch and the tables aren't the cleanest during that time... only because people are lazy and don't buss their own tables. That's the only downside I've ever experienced.

Dirty tables, dirty tables and more dirty tables so finally I just cleaned it myself because no one else seemed to care that all the tables were dirty. They ran out of croissant bread which just made it even more of a bummer 😞 at this rate I don't see it being open for long, I won't be back👎

Great food BUT I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THERE MANAGEMENT
1. Yes I am homeless
2. There is no were to charge a cell phone accept inside of a business.
3. I'm not type of homeless that's dirty or begs for change or destroys the bathrooms
4. This manager had no reason to not allow me to spend money I worked for and charge my phone while I ate
5. The manager had an employee kick me out because I'm homeless and was worried about there imige and what other customers thought about me being there ....
Its not like I smell and don't shower and have dirty clothes and all that only way u know cause I'm overly tan I have a backpack wow I never once did anything wrong never once didn't i buy something but all because I have no home to live in I'm never allowed in there establishment
I feel discriminated against and quit angry with this location sad thing is this isn't the first place to do so.

This place was great! The staff was very friendly and greets you as you walk in the door. They had a huge variety of different food options! Definitely vegetarian/vegan friendly. Nice and clean and the food was extremely yummy! Especially the bread that came with the salad!!! It was fresh and amazing! They do change their menu, so what you may have ordered a month ago may not still be on the menu. But don't worry, it will come back! My husband loves the Tuesday bagel deal and their bagels are definitely worth it!

I like how the owner runs his business. The place is very clean and well-kept and the staff is very friendly. I especially like how he has a healthy menu with great fresh breads.

Clean food. Decent choices. Terrible management. They are often out of stock on seasonal as well as every day items. Love the clean hormone free foods but your going to wait for them on account of how slow they are and that's if they have it.

Today my husband and I went through the drive-thru at Panera bread and we ordered the the squash soup and the Mediterranean sandwich, as we pulled off we noticed that we did not receive utensils, so I immediately went back into the cafe and kindly asked for a spoon, then a rude worker behind the counter said that they did not have anymore and there was nothing that he could do about it, after going back in forth with the guy about not having spoons to eat my soup, finally another worker had intervened and said that they actually had spoons and she went in the back to get one for me. I was extremely upset and disappointed that I had already not been greeted by the workers but to have somebody have an attitude with a continuous paying customer makes me not want to come back to any of the establishments. Furthermore, the Mediterranean sandwich is usually fresh and delicious but this time the lettuce was wilted and was missing the oil, the sandwich was dry and messy. I could not eat the so called sandwich , I was so disgusted and repulsed that I threw it away in the trash. As much as I wanted to go back and complain to the manager and to get my money back I could not because I am a mother of three and I had many errands to run. The atrocity of character in this establishment reflects so poorly on the Panera Bread name as a whole and desecrates the years of happy experiences my family and I have enjoyed up to this point with Panera Bread.
