Twice I've eaten here and both times I contracted nonvirus. I've had the clam chowder and Thai Chicken salad, both times.

Not bad, a pleasant and predictably filling visit. The lobster roll was bland and underwhelming though. The cashier was pleasant and helpful. The kitchen staff needed some additional training but was otherwise ok.

ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL. My friends and I went into Panera to get some dinner before we went shopping, and it was easily the worst experience of my life. While we were waiting for our order, one of us asked very politely keep in mind, if they'd called our number. The employee, who was by the way wearing a minion pin (not so stylish) snapped back at us and said, " That's none of your business!" how rude. But it doesn't end there. I forgot to get a cup for water and so I went up to go find one I was asking my sister where they were when a lady said, "right in front of your face." UM... EXCUSE YOU. Lastly, as all of us were exiting we forgot to clear our plates and this lady comes barging out of the restaurant demanding that we clean up after ourselves. SHE SHOULD NOT BE TELLING US WHAT TO DO. This was just such a traumatic occurrence for me and I will without a doubt NEVER go back to this place. TERRIBLE SERVICE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I was excited to try Panera Bread, but it was a letdown. The coffee was bland, and the pastries were stale. I hope they improve their offerings.

Panera Bread at 715 Christiana Mall Road, Newark, DE 19702, USA is a coffee shop deserving of praise. The espresso I sampled was bold and energizing, providing the perfect pick-me-up. So, Panera Bread at 715 Christiana Mall Road, Newark, DE 19702, USA is where I ended up today. Their mocha was pretty decent, and the atmosphere was relaxed. It's the kind of place where you can kick back, enjoy your coffee, and not worry about a thing.

Unfortunately, my recent visit to Panera Bread left me disappointed. The coffee was served cold, and the staff at the 715 Christiana Mall Road, Newark, DE 19702, USA location seemed indifferent. I won't be giving it another chance.

Panera Bread was a major letdown. The latte was lukewarm, and the pastries were far from fresh. I left disappointed and won't be returning anytime soon.
