Love their four cheese egg soufflé but they tend to sell out early. Good food overall, but a bit pricey for a lot of things and the nutritional information on most of their food is kinda scary.

Always slow, and very crowded. The associate didn't know how to accept my Panera Rewards, they made my frozen Carmel coffee haphazardly and didn't add the Carmel drizzle inside or on top like all the other Paneras I've gone to, and they were out of medium to-go containers. Also in the drink/self-service are, they were out of Black iced tea, napkins, and butter.

Good Panera to work on laptop. Free coffee refills and decent amount of power outlets. Gets very busy during lunch.

I've been coming here for years sense is Panera opened. Always clean!... very friendly polite employees. Great place for coffee Bagels or pastries. And can't forget the fresh bread!... also a good place to study and free Wi-Fi. 😎

Not crazy about that canned soup in the bread bowl, fresh bread was good as any fresh bread you can get in your average bakery, other than that I didn't see anything special about this place, the side optiones were: salty potato chips, or a whole red apple we get at the grocery stores by pound (not even sliced like McDonald's), or a piece or bread. I just gave the 3 stars for the bread.

I have been to a few Panera Bread locations in San Diego county, but never this one. In Carlsbad on a staycation at a local resort. By far excellent service. I believe the manager or floor manager Hispanic male with blotchy skin) knew his regulars by name. That is a plus when you go to a business. When I asked about milk alternatives for my steel cut oatmeal he obliged me right away. All staff pleasant and helpful. Overall fantastic service.
