I was underwhelmed by Pascal Patisserie & Cafe. The coffee failed to impress, and the ambiance was lacking at the 21040 Victory Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA 91367 location. I won't be recommending it to friends.

So, I stumbled upon Pascal Patisserie & Cafe in 21040 Victory Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA 91367, and their pour-over coffee was a revelation. Smooth, rich, and full of flavor. The café had this retro, 1960s vibe with vintage furniture and Motown classics playing. A groovy spot for coffee lovers.
