So, I swung by Peart Cafe on my way home, and it was a pleasant surprise. Located in 9634 Butterfield Way, La Riviera, CA 95827, it's a cozy spot to grab your caffeine fix. Tried their cappuccino, and it was on point. The latte art was a nice touch. The café has a simple and laid-back feel, perfect for a quick coffee stop. Will definitely swing by again.

I don't quite understand the hype around Peart Cafe. The coffee was overpriced, and the atmosphere left much to be desired. It didn't live up to the expectations, in my opinion.
