So, I stumbled upon Peet'S Coffee in 23904 Aliso Creek Road, Aliso Viejo, CA 92656, and their pour-over coffee was a revelation. Smooth, rich, and full of flavor. The café had this retro, 1960s vibe with vintage furniture and Motown classics playing. A groovy spot for coffee lovers.
