I was disappointed with Peet'S Coffee & Tea. The latte was lukewarm, and the pastries were dry. The service could use some improvement.

My visit to Peet'S Coffee & Tea was underwhelming. The coffee at 12932 Newport Avenue, Tustin, CA 92780 was lukewarm, and the pastries were stale. I had heard good things about this place, but the reality fell short of my expectations. The coffee's temperature left much to be desired, and the accompanying pastries lacked freshness.

Peet'S Coffee & Tea at 12932 Newport Avenue, Tustin, CA 92780 is a coffee spot that hits the spot. The latte I had was like a warm hug for my taste buds. Seriously, it's the kind of coffee that makes you want to do a happy dance. Plus, the baristas are super chill and always up for a coffee chat. Highly recommend!

Let me tell you about Peet'S Coffee & Tea at 12932 Newport Avenue, Tustin, CA 92780. Their cortado was like a tiny cup of pure coffee joy. The café had a laid-back, beachy vibe with surfboards on the walls and reggae tunes playing. Perfect spot to unwind with a brew.

Peet'S Coffee & Tea didn't live up to the hype. The coffee was mediocre, and the ambiance was lackluster at the 12932 Newport Avenue, Tustin, CA 92780 location. I won't be recommending it to friends.
