I had high hopes for Peet'S Coffee & Tea, but it didn't live up to the hype. The coffee was average, and the pastries were disappointing. I won't be recommending it.

So, I dropped by Peet'S Coffee & Tea in 2531 Blanding Avenue, Alameda, CA 94501, and their iced Americano was on point. It was like a wake-up call in a cup. The café had a cozy feel with couches and vintage coffee posters. Great place to kick back and caffeinate.
