Perko'S Cafe at 901 N Carpenter Rd, Modesto, California 95351 is my new caffeine sanctuary. The pour-over I tried was brewed to perfection, hitting all the right notes. The café's rustic charm and dim lighting make it a cozy hideout. The staff here is so passionate about coffee that they practically recite love sonnets to every bean. I'm hooked!
