I expected better from Perko'S Cafe. The coffee at 901 N Carpenter Rd, Modesto, California 95351 was average, and the prices were on the higher side. Despite the buzz surrounding Perko'S Cafe, I couldn't help but feel that the coffee was just average. Considering the premium prices, I was left somewhat disappointed.

I stopped by Perko'S Cafe last week, hoping for a memorable coffee experience. While the coffee was decent, I couldn't help but notice the slow service. I had an incredible time at Perko'S Cafe! The iced latte was the perfect pick-me-up, and the quirky decor added to the charm. The friendly staff made me feel right at home.
