Perko'S Cafe left me underwhelmed. The coffee failed to impress, and the lackluster ambiance at the 3500 Oakdale Rd, Modesto, California 95357 location didn't help. I won't be rushing back anytime soon.

I hit up Perko'S Cafe in 3500 Oakdale Rd, Modesto, California 95357 and tried their caramel latte. It was sweet like a summer romance, and the barista was like a coffee wizard. The only downside? The seats were as hard as my ex's heart. Bring a cushion if you plan to stay a while!
