Very friendly and welcoming service. Lighting and decor is pleasant. No music. Wide variety of food to choose from. Breakfast burritos to burgers, along with shakes and boba drinks. Fantastic Turkey Avocado melt with egg. Go ahead and try it

This place has the best frys. They take phone orders too. Call ahead and pick up, instead of waiting.

Such a good place to eat, they have everything you can think of I wish they didn't run out if 🍟 but we live close so we I'll be back to try them.

I Love Phil's!!!! The sandwiches are stuffed,the house sauce is TO DIE FOR, caramelized onion aioli, need I say more!!!! The fries are crispy without having to order them well done (the ranch is Not good though ), the cookies are to die for, the shakes are bomb, the owners are really nice!!!! If it's closing time & ppl are still coming in, they don't turn you away. Sometimes it takes a bit of time to get your food but if you plan ahead & call it in, all is well. Just really good food, good portions, nice atmosphere, puts "big name" sandwich shops to shame!!! Seriously ppl, try it soon!!!! 😆

They have the freshest ingredients.Everything i have ordered here has been great.the sandwiches,burgers,fries n onion rings.i would recommend this place to everyone.its pricey but worth every penny

Phil'S Cafe was a bit of a letdown. The coffee was decent, but it didn't quite live up to the hype. The service was efficient, though, and the 8178 Mission Boulevard, Riverside, CA 92509, USA location is convenient for a quick caffeine fix.

Wow! I stumbled upon Phil'S Cafe during my trip to 8178 Mission Boulevard, Riverside, CA 92509, USA, and I couldn't have asked for a better coffee experience. The cozy ambiance and friendly staff made my visit delightful. Their caramel macchiato was a true masterpiece!

I had an underwhelming experience at Phil'S Cafe. The cappuccino was just average, and the service was slow. It's not a place I'd rush back to anytime soon.
