Love this place, it’s like a small busy coffee shop amidst a quiet residential area. It is only outdoor seating.

Very small parking and shop but coffee is superb. My favorite is the philtered soul and to eat I recommend the avocado toast subbed with hummus instead of avocado with spices so delicious

Would recomend going with some one who has gone before. there are no directions on how to order and the staff were less than impressed when I didn't know how things worked, people cutting in line was also a minus. The most redeeming quality and the reason for putting up with mediocre at best service is the coffee. The coffee is amazing, if you are into good coffee worth a stop just not a regular one.

Nice enough, a bit pricy. Selection pretty slim nice area outside to sit. Easy to find

You can never go wrong with a Mint Mojito or an Ecstatic. Hell! You can never go wrong with Anything at Philz.
Freshly made coffee customized per your taste.
Also love their Avocado and egg on toast.

Beautiful, earthy place! Such nice kids working there! It really has that homey, welcoming atmosphere so reminiscent of the original location in the Mission. Some nice places to sit outside under a couple willow trees too. And, yeah, obviously great coffee. I've noticed that some of the newer locations sometimes don't seem to brew it as well as the original but these guys delivered on the Philz credo. I tried to be a grumpy old man and failed miserably. A pleasant surprise discovery on an otherwise frustrating day. All the thumbzzz!!!

Best patio for a Philz. Quiet. Plenty of seating. Friendly staff that custom make drinks with the best and do customer service better than anyone.

Loses a star for not being an ideal spot to stick around and do work or hang out. Not a problem with other Philz I've been to (SM, Forest, BGame, etc.)
Everything else about this place is excellent. Quality, service, and price.
Bring your own mug to pay for a small was the deal I believe.

I can't have caffeine or sugar which severely limits what I can drink, but their herbal mint tea is amazing and I completely forget the only other option for me is water!

All hype. Nobody should have to wait in lines this long for pre-mixed coffee. There's barely a place to sit here on the weekend. I don't get it.

Very friendly staff who are not knowledgeable yet not snobbish. They were patient with me when it was my first visit and made me feel welcome. Coffee was great - not a coffee drink (like latte) but coffee.

Always feel welcomed here. Coffee is great and the small selection of breakfast food is great: breakfast burritos, bagels, toasts, and other baked goods. Staff is always genuinely friendly
