I recently visited Philz Coffee during a quick stop in 2248 Westborough Boulevard, South San Francisco, CA 94080, and it left a lasting impression. The latte art on my cup was a true work of art, almost too beautiful to drink (but I did anyway). The café's cozy ambiance and knowledgeable staff create a welcoming atmosphere that's hard to beat. Philz Coffee left me with mixed feelings. The pour-over was fantastic, but the staff seemed overwhelmed and disorganized. I'd return for the coffee but hope for better service.

I don't quite understand the hype around Philz Coffee. The coffee was overpriced, and the atmosphere left much to be desired. It didn't live up to the expectations, in my opinion.
