Philz Coffee left me with mixed feelings. The pour-over was fantastic, but the staff seemed overwhelmed and disorganized. I'd return for the coffee but hope for better service.

So, Philz Coffee in 300 Broadway, San Francisco, CA 94133 – it's a bit of a hit and miss. The mocha was A+, but the Wi-Fi was a solid F. I had better luck connecting with my imaginary friend than to their network. Come for the coffee, but bring your own hotspot.
