This place is awesome if you love sweets they have a varieties of pastries to choose from they are delicious I have a bread pudding it melted in my mouth. I went there with my daughter well she brought me and they also had sandwiches I had a torta cubana it was yummy and my grandkids have bacon and eggs sandwich both were yummy. Love it!

This place is Yuuuge! It is gigantic! So much room! A lot of room! Plenty of room for everyone! The potato balls are phenomenal! Just great! They’re the best! The cheese balls are to die for! So good! It’s outstanding!

This new Porto’s is huge! Maybe 3 times bigger than Downey and Burbank. The parking is bigger too! We are from North Cali and we get boxes to take home from our Disneyland vacation! Our favorite is the cheese and guava rolls. We love Porto’s and if they open one in Sacramento would be awesome!

So much variety. And they’re VERY affordable so you can get SOOO much!!! People were walking out with massive bags of huge boxes filled with stuff!!! EVEN THOUGH we live down in San Diego, my wife and I will DEFinitely be back here. Over and over and over again!!!

Porto’s is amazing. I only wish there was one by where I live. Since finding this place, it’s a must when we are in SoCal. I’ve tried desserts, drinks and hot food. Never disappointed

My sister in laws took me to porto's for the first time today. Love this place and will definitely be back again! Try the original potato balls! My toddler ate her weight in fresh baked goodies!

I could not believe how huge this place is and how crazy busy they are! There are times where the line actually ends up going outside as if you are waiting to go on an amusement park ride! The bakery items are to die for! So delicious �

Excellence. The food is crazy good. There were 2 LONG lines but the staff was friendly and fast and we didnt wait more than 5 minutes. The place is super cute. A wonderful experience. We tried. Persian chocolate cake,pineapple custard. Everything was fabulous. The tart was out of this world so My wife loves the pineapple custard. and hot capachino. What a find. We will return soon and often

Excellence. The food is crazy good. There were 2 LONG lines but the staff was friendly and fast and we didnt wait more than 5 minutes. The place is super cute. A wonderful experience. We tried one of every bread, 4 mini pastries, a mojito and a whole cake (fruit tart). Everything was fabulous. The tart was out of this world so was the dulce de leche napoleon. My husband loves the meat pie and spicy potato ball. What a find. We will return soon and often

Delicious food, excellent service and reasonable prices. I think it is fantastic! My only wish is that they opened a “satellite” location in Orlando 😀

Awesome food and excellent service! The prices are reasonable for great quality and even though it’s packed with people you really don’t wait long at all for anything. Place is definitely a must go!!

Amazing customer service and even better desserts :)) I told the gentleman at the coffee bar it was my first time at Porto’s and he gave the best recommendations!

1st timers, the pastries were awesome !!! The lovey young lady in training I think her name was Kenda was so patient while we asked lots of questions, crack jokes had her giggling maybe embarrassed and we had an awesome time picking out our SWEETS, thanks Kendra you made our evening with "spotted dick an English pastry" memorable.

Food was Good, Pretty Scenery, good prices but so many Tables WERE FILTHY including mine, I had to clean my own table, get my own napkins, Waitresses were no where to be found when needed, The Caucasian blonde female upfront with the menu’s act like she didn’t know what a take out box was, Nobody offered condiments or specials for ad ons. C-

Let me start off by saying I have never been disappointed in Porto’s in my life. I chose to have them cater my baby shower because their food is notoriously delicious. While my food yesterday was delicious. It was not prepared for pick up at the time discussed when I paid almost $500 for catering. They forgot the salad dressing on all 4 boxes of salads we ordered. This being for a party that was already running behind due to their lack of promptness didn’t allow for us to go the store to purchase dressing (however I shouldn’t have had to when you spend almost $500 on catering). The woman on the phone Tammy was extremely rude, had 0 customer service and if they record calls, I would love for corporate to go back to our discussion on July 4, 2018 discussing pick up time and if it couldn’t be ready by that time that I would cancel my order and find another vendor. We called Tammy back yesterday after the delay because she was the one who said it would be ready by 10am and she denied it, said the conversation never happened (which i had on speaker phone on 4th of July in front of my family as witness), she was condescending, threatened to hang up on my husband twice and lacked all grace and elegance you require to work in customer service or catering (2 fields I am very familiar with). Overall I will never recommend Porto’s catering to anyone and I do hope that Tammy gets additional training to assist her in the way she speaks to paying customers.
