We just had lunch at this terrific restaurant. Very welcoming to my Dobermann Cross, Lucy, with lots of pats from staff and a large outdoor seated area for us all to enjoy our meal. My Father in particular is a meat and three veg person and was stunned when informed he was eating tofu as he "doesn't like this" yet found his meal delicious. My Mother couldn't resist purchasing some biscuits to take home for afternoon tea later in the day. I would definitely recommend Powerplant to everyone, including canine companions, as the food is great, service very friendly and even Lucy enjoyed snacking on my tofu omelette in her food bowl!

We are so excited to have such a delicious, healthy cafe in our neighborhood. The owners are so lovely and have thought of every detail in crafting their menu. I tried the BBQ Cauliflower Salad and it should not be missed!! Going back tomorrow for another healthy lunch!!

Vegan / Vegetarian options are amazing! Power Mac is delicious as is the Soul Food Stew. Can't go wrong with the shakes either -- toasted coconut and the farmer's daughter - yum!!!

The BBQ Cauliflower Salad is FLIPPING AMAZING! It needs no dressing, for its explosion of summer fiesta flavors will do a spirited cha-cha-cha across your tastebuds! Remarkably fresh, crisp and colorful. Beware of the mojo sauce they put on the cauliflower! That ¡%£! Will convert the most reluctant palate over to the joys of cruciferous veggies. The tomatoes were bright and sweet, with an earthy aromatic essence. I don't like tomatoes but, damn!!!

The soup was perfectly spicy, sweet and savory without being heavy or thick.

I can't wait to run down their extensive menu of healthy yumminess!

I highly recommend Powerplant SuperFood Cafe! (Puffy is determined to be a powerplant pup) — at Powerplant Superfood Cafe.

Not enough words to describe how very delicious and fabulous this place is! The staff is delightful, the food is incredible, the coffee divine and the juices are soul soothing. Try the breakfast tostada and you will be hooked for life. Love you guys!!! See you this weekend. :)

I don't happen to be vegan, but I love fresh, healthy, creative food. And I especially love it when it's sustainable. I brought my visiting vegan friend here and we both pored over the extensive, innovative menu with equal delight. The staff is warm and welcoming, and the vegan ice cream is the best I've tasted. Everything you could want from a cafe! And the picture of customer service. We sampled the new cookies and cream ice cream, had plenty of water, and got superb recommendations from the owners...not to mention the portions were sizeable and the food just fantastic. Perfect experience!

Driving into LA were divinely guided to go to this restaurant we had never even heard of called Power Plant @powerplantla.
