I'm not usually a coffee snob, but Quickly in 2288 Westborough Boulevard, South San Francisco, CA 94080 impressed me. Their iced mocha was a chocolatey delight with a caffeine twist. The café had this indie vibe with alternative rock playing in the background. I'd totally come back for more.
