I have mixed feelings about my experience at Rodeo Bar at 18666 Valley Boulevard, Bloomington, CA 92316. On one hand, the latte was superbly crafted, with intricate latte art that was almost too beautiful to drink. However, the wait time was longer than expected, and the prices were a bit steep.
